The ground rules for using deliamoore.com and working with DillyDally Bookkeeping Plus.
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of deliamoore.com, run by DillyDally Bookkeeping Plus, LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you hire us for bookkeeping services, the engagement is also covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins if the two ever conflict.
Our services
We provide bookkeeping services, including Diagnostic Reviews, cleanup and catch-up work and monthly bookkeeping, and training for bookkeepers. The scope, price and timeline for any service are set out in your quote or agreement before work begins.
We’re bookkeepers, not your CPA or attorney
Our work and the information on this site are bookkeeping services and general information. They aren’t tax, legal or investment advice. Please talk to a licensed CPA, tax professional or attorney about decisions in those areas.
Your records
Our work depends on the records and access you give us. You’re responsible for providing complete and accurate information, and for reviewing reports and filings before you rely on them.
Payments
Prices are shown on the site or in your quote. Payment is due as stated at checkout or in your agreement. Unless your agreement says otherwise, one-time services such as Diagnostic Reviews and cleanups are paid in full before work begins, and monthly bookkeeping is billed in advance at the start of each month. Late or missed payments may pause work until your account is current. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Courses and training materials
When you buy a course or training, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. Please don’t copy, resell or share them. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and course materials, belongs to DillyDally Bookkeeping Plus, LLC unless noted.
Results
Examples and testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences. Your results depend on your business, your records and how you use our work, so we can’t promise any specific outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DillyDally Bookkeeping Plus, LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Refund policy
We want you to feel confident before you ever spend a dollar with us. That’s why every new client starts with a free Discovery Call, and why you’ll always get a clear quote before any paid work begins. Because our services and training put our time and expertise to work for you right away, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds.
- Free Discovery Calls are always free.
- Diagnostic Reviews, cleanup and catch-up work are not refundable. You’ll know the scope and price up front, before anything starts.
- Monthly bookkeeping is not refundable for months already billed. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
- Courses and training are final sales, because you get instant access to the materials.
