How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $297 a month. Your fee is based on your industry, transaction volume, number of accounts, how complex your books are, and the services you need. Delia sets it after reviewing your books and processes, so you’ll know it before we start.
Can my monthly fee go down?
It can. Onboarding takes extra time and attention, so many businesses start at $297. As your processes get more efficient, Delia reviews your pricing. If your volume and services haven’t grown and your books take less time to keep, your fee can come down.
Do you do my taxes?
No. Delia is a bookkeeper, not a CPA or tax preparer. Your books will be organized, reconciled and ready to hand to your tax professional.
Which software do you use?
QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, whichever your business already uses.
My books are behind. Can I still start?
Yes. We’ll start with a Diagnostic Review to see what happened, clean things up, and then keep them clean every month.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date, and you won’t be charged again.
