Who we are

This website, deliamoore.com, is run by DillyDally Bookkeeping Plus, LLC, owned by Delia Moore in Mesa, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. When we say “we,” “us” or “our,” we mean DillyDally Bookkeeping Plus, LLC.

Your financial information stays confidential

Your books are your business. Client financial information, including bank statements, payroll records and accounting files, is kept confidential. We never sell it, rent it or share it for marketing. We only share it when you ask us to (for example, with your CPA) or when the law requires it.

Who we share information with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need to do their job. These include our website and scheduling platform, our email service, our payment processor (such as Stripe), and the accounting software you use with us. These providers are expected to protect your information.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.

Payments

Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We don’t store your full card number on our systems.

How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Client financial records are generally kept for up to seven years, then securely deleted. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure, password-protected systems and limited access. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
